Join Safer Homes, Suicide Aware for a public symposium featuring representatives from the Seattle Police Department, Seattle Children’s Hospital, and the University of Washington.

This event is free and open to the public.

  • 9:45 A.M. – Sgt. Eric Pinsconski, Seattle Police Department Crisis Response Team on ERPOs (Extreme Risk Protection Orders)
  • 10:30 A.M. – Cassie Simeona, Seattle Children’s Hospital firearms safety program on their unique firearm storage giveaway program
  • 11:15 A.M. – Thomas Walton, University of Washington on his research & findings using Safer Homes-collected data
